Our Policy Briefs are gathered from real-world interaction with young South Africans. We engage with youth from all over the country, talking to them about the policies that affect their lives, including their perspectives and sending feedback to key stakeholders.
Youth Lab in Partnership with the Wits Centre of Entrepreneurship hosted a youth-led, solutions oriented dialogue on entrepreneurship among young South Africans. The dialogue brought together young entrepreneurs, government representatives, academics, entrepreneurial support structures and successful entrepreneurs to engage on key strategies toward entrepreneurial success. The National Youth Policy 2020
Youth Lab, in partnership with Action 2015 and Constitution Hill, invited the Deputy Minister in the Presidency, Buti Manamela, youth organisations and individuals to participate in the “Youth Futures: Draft National Youth Policy 2020 Workshop.” The workshop was a response to a call from government to interrogate and give feedback on the Draft National Youth Policy 2020, released by the Presidency.
